Silvertip Resort Opens Short Course

Silvertip Resort has unveiled a par-58 short course, giving golfers a chance to finish 18 holes in three hours or less.  Introduced on Aug. 1, the new set of forward tees presents a series of 14 par-3s measuring a maximum of 150 yards and four par-4s.

Strategically positioned tees afford golfers the best shot at hitting the green.  The Canmore-based course was recently named among Alberta’s “Most Beautiful Courses” by SCOREGolf.

Available one hour prior to twilight daily, short-course rounds cost $75; kids 12 and under play free in 2013 with a paying adult. A “Golf and Dine” special provides a short-course round and $20 restaurant voucher, for $85.
